Daripada Anas r.a. berkata, bersabda Rasulullah SAW, “Selagi akan ada di akhir zaman ahli ibadat yang jahil dan ulama yang fasik.” (Hadis Riwayat Ibnu Ady)Nabi SAW menerangkan di akhir zaman nanti akan ada dua golongan ini. Ada orang jahil yang rajin beribadat dan ada pula orang aIim yang fasiq.
