Sivakumar mengumumkan bahawa akan ada pindaan kepada Akta Kerja 1955 berhubung pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel. Perkara tersebut akan dilaksanakan tidak lama lagi menurut Menteri Sumber Manusia itu.
