Salah satu cara orang Kelantan dulu2 preserve daging lebihan adalah dgn membuat daging katok.Cara nk membuatnya daging dipotong2 mengikut urat daging supaya nnti x hancur. Ianya kemudian dilumur garam kunyit dan dijemur 3 ke 4 hari.Daging itu kemudiannya dibakar dan selepas itu diketuk.Pelbagai hidangan blh...
