How I fight ALS for more than 3 years

Thank you for Ice bucket Challenge on facebook by celebrity such as Bill Gates etc. This make me alert of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis ( ALS ). If not, I may not pay attention of those sign and may ignore the symptom of such disease.I can't remember when. it is about 3 years ago if not...
