IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN HALF A YEAR since I last visited Qing Xin Ling, the leisure and cultural village here in Taman Saikat, Ipoh. This morning brought me here again despite the hot weather and I noticed the place has indeed changed.... for better or worse, I prefer not to say....
