Lunch @ Cedar on 15

Having dined quite a few times at Cedar 0n 15, it hit me that I have not visited the place during lunch. THANX to Sarah who suggested that I join her and Monica for lunch a Cedar on 15, I discover that this cozy restaurant is just as delightful during lunch as far as the food and ambience is concerned.
